Baked Eggs in Red Pepper Sauce

I had a little red pepper sauce left over from the salmon recipe and decided to try it with baked eggs.   I spread 4 tablespoons of the red pepper sauce on the bottom of the baking dish, broke two eggs on top, sprinkled on grated cheese and baked for 12 minutes in a 375 degree oven.   Delicious!
