Veal burger with Grilled Vegetables and Reblochon Cheese

Too busy having my rant and working with Jade on her blog today:   Didn’t really plan dinner.  The veal burgers turned out nice.  I shaped them to fit on the baguette.  Noteworthy were the grilled vegetables, marinated in olive oil and garlic.

    Veal burgers would be special but with reblochon cheese. That takes it well beyond just being a burger. One of my all time favorite cheeses.
