I made these baby back ribs in our hotel suite. Not at all the same as on the grill but still they were baby backs. The potato salad was Safeway brand; the family complained. Gourmet whiners.
We grabbed snacks and drinks to go watch the fireworks near the Iwo Jima monument. It was a lot of fun and packed.
Whenever I see the Iwo Jima monument, I am overwhelmed with pride in our country and awed by the selfless sacrifices made by our Marines. America!
On my way to buy my 50mm f 1.4 lens!
What a great post. I love how gourmet you made Safeway potato salad look.
🙂 I was giving it the old try.
It does not matter where you make baby back ribs and if you use Safeway potatoes (they look good thoug!). They are perfect to celebrate the 4th of July!
Thank you Giselle
Welcome home :o) How nice that you came back in time for 4th of July! How in the world did you make ribs in your suite? Do you have a full on kitchen in there? The other guests must have been drooling and wondering where the wonderful smell was coming from!
