Well, dear old Dad has to be in Washington, D.C. on Monday and as he had to travel on Sunday, we celebrated Father’s Day on Saturday with barbecued lamb ribs, seasoned veal cutlets, Japanese potato salad, and beans.
The ribs were cooked off flame with the lid down for about 45 minutes, turning occasionally.
Jade made the Japanese potato salad. http://atomic-temporary-17826715.wpcomstaging.com/2011/02/06/honey-mustard-fried-chicken-with-japanese-potato-salad/
And I tarted up some canned beans with ham, barbecue sauce and mustard.
Good!
Beverage suggestion: Heineken draft
What a great meal for a dad who knows his way around the barbecue!
Thanks Rufus.
