The boy dropped in and barbecued some pork chops.
I marinated these for about an hour in some marinade sauce I found in the fridge. I’m not really sure what it was but it had green peppers, red peppers, ginger, chilies, vinegar and some oil in it.
I think my husband got the salad set in Kenya or maybe it was South Africa.
Smashed garlic potatoes. Good meal.
Wine suggestion: Beaujolais
