This Sunday the town of Sens hosted a “Salon du Chocolat” in the covered market where the best chocolate artisans in the area showcased their wares.  Lots of free samples and tastings; chocolate chip cookies, chocolate bites with sauterne, peach and raisins, white chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, hot chocolate, chocolate ice cream and sculpted chocolate.
