Jade’s Baked Eggs

I saw this recipe on Yum Sugar and I knew that Jade would like to do this.   Though not fanatic about cooking, she likes to make breakfast, sandwiches and salads.

Jade first sprayed the cup with Pam. She then had to use 3 slices of the Canadian bacon that she found to form a ham cup.

She added a little sliced green onions and grated Emmenthal cheese.   She preheated the oven to 400 degrees and baked for 12 minutes.   Oops!   12 minutes didn’t seem to be enough. Eggs  were still quite shaky.  16 minutes worked.

    How was it Jade? It looks good. What would you compare the cheese to here in America. I have not heard of emmenthal cheese. What cheese is it similar too?

    The eggs look yummy. It also nice to finally “meet” Jade. Looks like she’s on the road to becoming a good cook like her Mom!

    ouai papa,t’inquiete je t’en ferait,et aussi c’est meilleure avec le toast ,sans toast c’est pas aussi bpn qu’avec.
