Indian Food

I don’t know how my idea to do something with the leftover chicken turned into this, but I’m glad it did.   All those vegetables in the market are certainly a temptation; maybe that was it.   Anyway, there were four of us for lunch.

Some how I didn’t get a picture of the curried mushrooms.  Oh well.  Look at the last bowl in the upper right hand corner of the second picture above.

    Yummmm. Can’t tell if you get the “real” spinach with some texture – or has France also moved to “baby spinach” with the texture of tissue paper? I have to really search here for the real stuff …

    That came out of a leftover chicken?! I need to rethink how I do my leftovers (sandwiches, salads)!!!
